Power Station

The power station unit consists of two synchronised generating sets and is housed in an ISO 20' soundproofed container structure made of key-pattern pressed steel sheets. Both generating sets are composed of a 6-cylinder "V" type 4 stroke, direct injection, naturally aspirated diesel engine manufactured by SWISEL. The engine is air-cooled and has a power output of 104 (115) kW, 50 (60) Hz. By means of a flange the engine is connected with a sychronous three-phase brushless alternator with an electronic tension regulator, isolation class F/H, protection grade IP23, tropicalized and with windings treated to resist humid and corrosive climates. The generating sets are installed inside the container and are fastened to it by means of resilient vibration absorbers mounted on resistant base plates. |
| The container doors provide easy access for maintenance of the generating sets and to the electric distribution board, the control panel and the fuel tank. On the customer´s special request the Power Station Unit can be supplied with a single 12-cylinder "V" type engine, also manufactured by SWISEL and with a continous power output of 207 (229) kW, 50 (60) Hz. Both types of Power Station Units have a functional autonomy of approximately one week of continous use. MMU ready for transport, with the shelter loaded onto the antitorsion platform of the truck. |
